My company, Mortgage Care Ltd, has been established since October 1997. Mortgage Care offers a range of financial lending facilities via various Banks and Finance Companies. I have over 24 years experience in residential mortgage finance, as prior to Mortgage Brokering I was an ANZ Bank Manager.

I am a Registered Financial Adviser and I specialise in residential lending, arranging finance on behalf of clients and liasing with lenders. I assist with financing property purchases, first home buyers, financing the purchase of investment properties, debt consolidation, second mortgages and 95% lending. I am an accredited adviser with over 12 mortgage providers including most of the major banks.

I work on the clients behalf to obtain loan approval, explaining every step as we go. I like to create an atmosphere that puts people at ease. I am a down-to-earth, friendly person, and I like to explain the mortgage process in 'easy to understand' language. Every client has individual circumstances and I am able to offer assistance with selecting the best finance options.
