Christopher Channon

In 2008 I was absolutely delighted to join the team at Mike Pero Mortgages after operating for the last 10 years as a mortgage adviser in the greater Auckland area.

In joining Norman Skelton's franchise, we have over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and collectively over 50 years’ experience in the banking industry.

Both Norman and I held Branch Manager positions within the ANZ/Postbank brand.  With this vast experience, we firmly believe that we have the expertise to assist and help our clients.

I am a fully accredited member of the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association (NZMBA).  As a specialised mortgage adviser I endeavour to find a viable solution for clients who may have an unblemished credit history, to those who are credit impaired.

My wife Janet co-owns Kids Music Company Ltd, and between us we have two kids, Daniel and Leah.  I am a foundation member of the Auckland Symphony Orchestra and play the violin.

Other than music my interests include arm chair viewing of rugby and league and I enjoy a game of snooker every now and then.
