Advice Process: Documentation and Legislation Workshop

Are you an experienced financial adviser, but feel you need a refresher on the best practice advice process and legislation obligations? Then this workshop is for you!

The workshop looks at primary legislative obligations for financial advisers and how you can meet your obligations through documentation and the application of the 6 best practice advice process.

In addition, this practical workshop will cover best practice documents to support you with demonstrating how you establish suitability and provide your client's sufficient information to make an informed decision.

The workshop is supported by case studies to help you put your knowledge into action.

This workshop is suitable for established advisers, and new advisers with over three months practical experience.

Workshop hours: 9.00 -1.00 pm

Non-PAA Member: $100 + GST
